The IS IN search option in the smart set search allows you to search for specific things in a list. This means you can input a list of barcodes, model, or sku numbers to search for those results.  This is particularly useful when wanting to create a product download of specific items or even print tags for specific items.

In this example we will be creating a smart set in SKU's for items with a specific model numbers but this can be used for many of the other search options :-)

  •  Click on the Inventory Link from the BusinessMind home page.

  • Under the View Skus are select the +New SmartSet Query link

  •  Name your smart and select the column you want to display.

  • Select Model, then choose is in , you will note the search box becomes larger.

  • Here input the models you want to search for separated by carriage returns.

  •  Save your smart set and your all set.

If you wanted to do this for skus simply select SKU from the first drop down menu.  Same would apply for barcodes.
