To change the price of an item on a memo we will first remove the item from the memo then re-add the item to the memo with the correct price. This can all be done from the memo detail view.
Bring up the memo detail view for the memo you wish to modify. http://docs.bmjapp.help/contacts/how-do-i-view-the-memos-i-have-created-for-my-clients
Click the gear icon and choose the Restock from this Memo option.
You will be teleported to the Restock from this memo screen.
From here you can utilize the various tools to choose the items you wish to modify and remove them from the memo.
Save your changes.
Now that you removed the items you want to modify you can add them back with the changes you need.
From the memo detail view
Click the gear icon and choose the Append to this Memo option.
You will be teleported to the Append memo screen. From here click on the Add a new line option.
Search for the item in the field provided and select it. Set the qty and make any description and or price adjustments you may need.
Click the Save icon to save
You will now be transported back to your memo detail view with the changes.
