Generally, you do not delete records from BusinessMind. They are retained for reporting in the future. It is normally possible to keep older data you may wish to ignore, filtered out of your reports and search results using date range options.

If you are a new BusinessMind user and you need to clear out some never-used records whose presence may have come about during the initial system transition, please open a ticket with your request specifying the records that you would like removed.
